Instructions

Cut the fennel into wedges, place them in a baking dish greased with oil, spread on carrot and julienned celery and sliced onion to veil.

Deglaze with a ladle of broth, salt and pepper, cover with foil.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
