Mushrooms in Marsala Sauce (Funghi Champignon al Marsala)
Instructions
To flavour in a dish with mushrooms and garlic butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spray them with the marsala and when evaporated, add the cream mixed with the egg yolks.
Place in oven and grill.

- 1 pack of mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass of cream
- 2 egg yolks
- Marsala wine
- Salt
- Pepper
