Fusilli alla trevisana
Instructions
Send the radicchio, cut in half and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put on a little oil and a pinch of salt and cook in the oven already warm at 250 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the shallots and saute it soft focus in a pan with 6 tablespoons oil, being careful not browned.
Add the anchovy desalted fillets under running water, and simmer for a minute.
Add the radicchio cut into strips and season.
Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and dress with the radicchio, olives and red pepper to taste.
Mix well and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 500 g of radicchio di treviso
- 2 shallots
- 12 small black olives
- 3 salted anchovy fillets
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Chili powder
