Grappa birch
Instructions
Soak the leaves chopped Birch in 25 cl grappa and let macerate for 20 days, stirring occasionally.
Then filtered, adding the rest of the grappa and honey.
A glass a day of this drink may thwart bone aches.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 1 handful of birch (fresh leaves)
- 50 g of raw honey
