Grape brandy
Instructions
Put to soak in brandy cinnamon, coriander and cloves, after ten days filtered.
Cook the grapes over a low heat for an hour mixing assiduously without adding water.
Remove from heat and mash with a spoon to let out all the juice.
Now add the flavored schnapps in doses of one liter per liter of grape juice.
Mix well, let it sit in the pot for 30 days, then strain again and bottled by closing with sealing wax and Cork.
Wait at least three months to enjoy this liqueur.

- 3000 g of sweet white grape matures
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 5 g of coriander
- 3 cloves
- Grappa
