Instructions

Peel the potatoes and remove the first layer the onions and then cut the whole thing.

Grease with oil an ovenproof dish and put in layers the potatoes and onions, alternating with chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and oil.

Then Bake until the potatoes are cooked.
