Roast Veal with Olives (Arrosto di Vitello con Le Olive)
Instructions
In a casserole put 4 tablespoons of olive oil and when it is hot add the meat.
Let it roast well on all sides, then add the chopped anchovies, olives and a ladle of hot broth, add salt.
Cook over low heat for an hour.
Serve the roast into slices with sauce.
