Hot chili trenette
Instructions
Brown in pan, in a little olive oil, sliced onion, diced tomatoes, peppers with seeds, coarsely chopped, garlic heads crushed, chopped parsley (or cilantro), 1 pinch of sugar and salt and condirvi the trenette are cooked al dente, they have been wetted with a tbsp of their cooking water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 blonde big onion
- 4 spicy green peppers
- Parsley (or cilantro leaves)
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 thread of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
