Velvety roast
Instructions
In a saucepan, Saute for 10 minutes the onions cut thin.
Add the piece of meat, the nut crumble and sprinkle with a little salt and plenty of pepper.
Cover and cook on low heat for at least 2 hours, turning the meat occasionally.
When cooked remove the meat, passed through a sieve and the onions cooking, put everything in the saucepan, add the cream and let heat for a few minutes.
Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce.
