French salad
Instructions
Wash and dry the lettuce.
Cut it into strips and place in a salad bowl.
Season it with a little salt dissolved in vinegar, cream, mustard and a pinch of pepper.
Mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce salad
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard cream
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Little of salt
