Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the fungi previously cleaned and cut into thin slices.
Add the diced Swiss cheese, the ham into strips and season with lemon juice.
Separately, in another bowl, prepare a sauce with garlic, olive oil extra virgin, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, juice of other salt and stir briskly with a fork.
Pour all the salad, mix again and serve.

- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 of lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce

- Olive oil extra virgin
