Potato salad
Instructions
Cook potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Cook the leeks in the steam basket for 20 minutes.
In serving platter arrange sliced potatoes and leeks, cut into rings.
Prepare a sauce with mustard oil, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Season the vegetables with the sauce and serve.
