Potato salad with apple
Instructions
Mix it with a sauce made with: 1 tablespoon of broth, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil, salt, pepper, mustard, paprika, parsley and chives.

- 2 peeled potatoes cut into slices
- 1 large cooked beetroot, cut into slices
- 1 hard-boiled egg cut into strips
- 1 sliced apple
- For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of broth
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
