Chicken salad with bean sprouts
Instructions
Prepare gelatin and cut it into cubes.
Cut the chicken meat into sticks and place in salad bowl with carrots, bean sprouts, sliced tomatoes and Frisee Salad.
Arrange salad on the gelatin cubes and seasoned with soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper.

- 350 g of boiled chicken meat
- 500 g of bean sprouts
- 200 g of julienne-cut carrots
- 3 tomatoes
- Frisee salad
- Soy sauce
- 1 pack of instant gelatine
- Sugar
- Hot pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
