Chicken salad with artichokes
Instructions
Divide the chicken in half, remove the drumstick and cartilage.
Grigliatelo for 10 minutes on both sides.
Cut into strips the salad.
Peel the artichokes, remove plugs and beards and cut into segments.
Wet your hair with lemon juice: so I do not anneriranno.
Do the same with Apple, sliced it.
Make a bed of lettuce on a serving dish.
Over the artichokes, place the slices of Apple and, finally, the still warm chicken breast and cut into slices.
Dressed with a sauce prepared by mixing the juice of 1/2 lemon, a bit of zest, a pinch of salt, a pepper and minced 4 tablespoons oil warmed slightly.

- 1 apple granny smith
- 3 artichokes
- 2 lemons
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
