Instructions
This traditional summer recipe lends itself well to outdoor dining or to be put in the refrigerator and consumed within several days.
Boil the rice in pressure cooker to save time, and let it cool.
Meanwhile boil the eggs, which must be boiled well, and frankfurters.
Always while the rice is cooking, cut in pieces all the other ingredients, tomatoes, peppers, cheese, tuna, pickles, black olives without stones, diced cooked ham, etc.
When the rice is cool, put it in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, eggs and sausage sliced, oil, and anywhere else that comes to mind, stir well and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Served cold with possibly of mayonnaise.
