Celery salad and fontina
Instructions
Obtained from the stalks of the celery only tender and cut it into sticks; cut the fontina into strips; gather it all in a salad dressed with oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.

- 200 g of sweet cheese fontina
- 50 g of fontina cheese, spicy
- Olive oil
- Salt
