Spinach and chicken salad
Instructions
Boil the chicken breast, then let it cool and fillet the flesh.
Wash spinach, sgrondarli well, followed by blotting gently with absorbent paper towels to dry them, then put them in 1 Bowl and add the chicken and raisins, previously softened in warm water.
Drizzle with salsa prepared 1 with the yoghurt 2 tablespoons emulsified with olive oil, salt and pepper.

- 200 g of chicken breast
- 300 g of spinach novelli
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- 10 cl of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
