Luxurious salad
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water and drain them al dente.
Wash, dry and chop the endives.
Prepare an emulsifying citronnette lemon juice, oil and salt.
Season green beans and endive with the sauce.
On a serving platter arrange a layer of Endive, cover it with the beans.
Slice the foie gras being careful not to break it and lay the slices on salad.
Serve immediately.

- 100 g of belgian salad (endive)
- 300 g of fine green beans
- 100 g of foie gras
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
