Instructions

Cooked blackberries in the water until mushy during the thawing and then pass through a sieve.

Add the sugar and stir in prescribed proportions.

With a light cloth made a sachet containing spices and put to bake in juice for half an hour, then let cool.

Add 500 g of grappa per liter of liquor.

Bottled and capped with Cork and sealing wax.

Let the liquor stand for a month before you consume it.
