Blackberry jelly
Instructions
Wash the blackberries and put them in a saucepan with a glass of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze blackberries to let out all the juice.
Add 1000 g of sugar per litre of juice.
Simmer for 30 minutes and remove the foam that may form during cooking.
The jelly is ready when it becomes dense.
Then let cool and place in glass jars.
