Stuffed macaroni
Instructions
Mix the ricotta, add the diced ham, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix well.
Cook pasta in salted water, drain it al dente, fill it with the mixture, arrange in a buttered baking dish, bake in the oven for a few minutes and serve.

- 500 g of pasta macaroni type
- 200 g of ricotta
- 150 g of ham
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Nutmeg
