Mustard beef
Instructions
Rub with salt and pepper 4 slices of beef 150 g each.
Heat 150 g of fat (or butter) and wither in 1 chopped onion, add the meat and Brown it on both sides.
Combine 1 tsp.
mustard 2 tablespoons dissolved in vinegar and 2 tablespoons water 2 Bay leaves, 2 cloves and 1 teaspoon of peppercorns.
Cover and lower the heat to a minimum.
Cook for 2 hours, turning the meat every half hour.
Serve with stewed cabbage.
