Apple sauce (2)
Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and slice them.
Butter a baking dish, make a layer of béchamel sauce, cover with a layer of Apple slices, sprinkle with sugar and proceed as in layers; end with a plenty of powdered sugar.
Put in the oven already warm until the surface of the preparation will be very distressed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of apples renette
- 100 g of sugar
- Little of butter
- 50 cl of bechamel
