Melon Salad (Melone in Insalata)
Instructions
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and pulp, with a special scooper, produced so many balls.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and shredded lettuce.
In a bowl place the yoghurt, juice of half a lemon, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
In a bowl place all ingredients, toss with sauce and serve.

- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 lettuce salad
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g of corn
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
