Bacon egg &
Instructions
In a pan Sauté in 2 tablespoons of the bacon oil about 2 minutes on each side, remove from heat and keep aside.
In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour in a pan where you have heated two tablespoons oil.
Cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to get a homogeneous and baking pleasure.
Meanwhile the toasted bread in the toaster.
Serve the eggs accompanying with the hot bacon and slices of bread.

- 8 eggs
- 8 slices bacon (or bacon)
- 8 slices bread
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
