Bacon Dumplings (Fagottini al Bacon)
Instructions
FRY in a little oil and butter, chopped onion, add the meat and crumbled sausage.
Add wine, salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in the grated emmenthal cheese and egg.
Halve the Tufts of lettuce, remove any central leaf and fill them with the mixture, back together and wrap them with a slice of bacon.
Bake in a buttered baking dish in the oven at 200 degrees.

- 4 tufts of belgian salad (endive)
- 250 g of stuffings
- 100 g of sausage
- 1 clove of onion
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 slices of bacon
- Dry white wine
- Little of olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
