Cod with tomato sauce
Instructions
To dry the onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, a tablespoon of vinegar, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Fry the cod fillets in boiling oil, arrange them on a serving dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour the sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
