Codfish with Cream Sauce (Merluzzo Alla Panna)
Instructions
Align in a baking dish greased with oil defrosted cod fillets, salt, pepper and cook in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Mix the cream with the mustard and pepper, pour over fillets, bake for another 10 minutes and serve.

- 1 pack of cod fillets (400 g)
- 200 g of cream
- 2 tablespoons of strong mustard
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Green pepper
