Soup with wheat germ
Instructions
Overnight in broth to keep the wheat germ and toscanelli.
Then just as cold water unit and cook over low heat.
Fry the onion in the oil, celery and chopped tomatoes.
Add a ladle of hot meat broth and pour into the pot of beans.
Continue cooking, adjust salt and pepper.
Finally add the chopped Basil.
Let stand in a warm soup 10 minutes before serving.
The wheat germ can be replaced with corn.

- 100 g of wheat germ
- 50 g of dried beans toscanelli
- 100 cl of broth
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
