Instructions
Finely chop the bacon, onion, parsley and a stick of celery; FRY slowly in a little oil, add the stock and when it boils, add the pasta.
When cooked serve with plenty of cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of pork cheek
- 1/4 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 costa of celery
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Abundant of grated pecorino cheese
- 150 cl of meat broth
- Type egg pastina pasta
- Salt
- Pepper
