Soup with fontina
Instructions
Sauté the sliced onion in the butter, then add the broth and bring to a boil.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and place in boiling broth with rice.
Adjust with salt and cook for 20 minutes.
While the soup is cooking, cut the bread into small cubes and the fontina and distribute them in dishes with a few leaves of Marjoram.
Combine the cream and pepper to the soup and stir well.
Pour into the plates, let it sit for 3-4 minutes and serve.
