Sauerkraut soup
Instructions
Wash sauerkraut, 1 saucepan with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
Mince the onion peeled and let it dry for 15 minutes in 1 pan with 20 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, until it is almost reduced to cream.
Add sauerkraut, drained and chopped and let them simmer for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle them with flour, stir, pour the boiling broth and simmer for 1 hour.
Then add the potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into 4; Sprinkle with salt and bake another 30 minutes.
Pepper before serving.
