Instructions
Mix flour, eggs and salt with a cup of water, work on the dough, make a ball and let stand covered with a damp cloth.
Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces, pour over potato starch and pull the dough trying to get thin disks.
Butter a baking dish and arrange alternately one layer of noodles and melted butter, until mid-baking pan, then a layer of nuts and then again paste and melted butter.
Bake at medium heat and cook for about an hour.
Prepare separately a syrup with sugar, water and lemon juice, boil for a few minutes.
Leave to cool and then pour on the cake when cooked.
Cut into triangles or diamonds of the greatness and serve.

- 1 glass of melted butter
- 1 glass of chopped walnuts
- 750 g of sugar
- 250 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Potato starch
- 1 teaspoon of salt
