Instructions
Put in water, carrots, onion, potatoes and tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add water as needed.
Before serving the stew combine the oil and the basil leaves.

- 100 cl of water
- 2 carrots
- == 1 large onion
- 2 potatoes
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 leaves basil
