Instructions
Christmas recipe.
In a large saucepan put the egg, the piece of meat, the sausage whole peeled, the ham in one piece, the pork rinds, carrot, onion, celery, parsley and salt.
Cover with water and cook gently for the common stock.
Boil separately the various vegetables without cooking too, drain and squeeze in order to eliminate all the water as possible.
Pass the broth and soak the chopped cooked vegetables, sliced sausage, ham, pork, meat and boneless chicken, cut into pieces.
Bring the soup to a boil and allow to simmer for at least two hours.
The soup should rest before being consumed.

- 1/2 hen
- 150 g of ham

- 150 g of spicy dry sausage

- Carrot

- Parsley
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 300 g of escarole salad
- 300 g of borraggine
- 200 g of chicory salad
- 300 g of christmas broccoli
