Chestnut mousse
Instructions
In a small saucepan melt the chocolate with the butter by adding a tablespoon of water.
Leave to cool, then add the chestnut cream and a hint of vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add the whipped cream and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of chestnut cream
- 200 g of chocolate
- 150 g of whipped
- 20 g of butter
- Vanilla powder
