Baked mozzarella
Instructions
Slice the mozzarella.
Beat eggs with salt, 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and milk 2.
Remove the crust from the bread, spread each slice of tomato sauce, place a bit of pesto.
Grease a baking dish and put the bread on the bottom, cover with slices of mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano and pour over eggs and remaining Parmesan.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 mozzarella, small
- 3 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of pesto ready
- 2 eggs
