Rosemary hake
Instructions
Cut the potatoes very thin round slices.
In a baking dish put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a little water, spread the potatoes and hake fillets.
Sprinkle with chopped Rosemary and garlic, season with salt, sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with oil and bake at medium heat for 20 minutes.

- 400 g of hake fillets
- 500 g of potatoes
- Rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic

- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
