Green hake
Instructions
Arrange the fillets in a baking dish, decorate with spilled oil, add salt and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
In a pan add 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs with a little oil, diluted with vinegar, add the finely chopped gherkins, mixed.
Spread the mixture over the fish fillets.
Heat in oven a minute and serve.

- 8 hake fillets
- 5 pickles
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
