Potato nests with eggs
Instructions
Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Drain, cut off the top and cover with a spoon gently svuotatele.
Place in a baking dish.
Within each half-shelled egg and potato insaporitelo with butter, a bit of anchovy paste, salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve.

- 4 equal large potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 25 g of butter
- 1 toe of anchovy paste
- Salt
- Pepper
