Instructions
Chop the walnuts into small pieces, remove the shells and place them in an airtight jar, add alcohol, close the container and expose it to the Sun for 10 days.
Spent the time, boil for 10 minutes with sugar 300 g of water.
Now drain the walnuts from alcohol and delete them; together with the liquid the nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
Tapped the container and expose it to the Sun for another 15 days.
At this point, filtered and bottled with a cork and sealing wax.
Let it stand for a month in a cool place.

- 320 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
