Tuna Omelette (Omelette al Tonno)
Instructions
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, oregano and milk.
In a bowl place the chopped tuna, chopped anchovies.
Fire place a frying pan with the oil, when it is hot add the eggs and let them thicken in the Middle put the tuna and anchovies, fold the omelette and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 50 g of tuna in olive oil
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
