Orecchiette with clams and broccoli
Instructions
Saute garlic, oil and chilli, add the clams and make them open, then the tops of broccoli.
Boil the orecchiette and toss in a pan with the clams and cime di broccoli.
Adding parsley to serve.

- 500 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 500 g of clams
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 chili
- 150 g of cime di broccoli
