Oysters with cream sauce
Instructions
Open the oysters and place them in a baking dish.
In a saucepan heat the butter, add the chopped spring onion and let it dry to very sweet until fire is almost dissolved.
Add the wine, add salt, pepper and stir the starch.
Add the cream and let thicken by mixing.
Let cool for 5 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
Served hot.

- 24 oysters
- 1 fresh chives
- 15 cl of cream
- 60 g of butter
- 1 dram of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- Salt
- Pepper
