Instructions
Shelled oysters.
In a bowl beat the eggs and cream; Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dip the oysters in mixture, then put them in the breadcrumbs and let them rest on a aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a large skillet to fry, add the oil, heat well and let Brown clams.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
