Turkey loaf
Instructions
In a small frying pan add the Turkey meat with a little oil, salted, peppered and passed to garbage disposals.
Collect the meat in a large bowl, add the ham, mushrooms, peel of half a lemon (yellow part only), chopped and stir well.
Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt and pepper, pour over the mixture.
Mixed everything together, arrange them in a buttered mould box and bake 1 hour at 170 degrees or until the surface has formed a golden crust.
Drafted and served hot with a side of soncino.

- 180 g of turkey flesh
- 160 g of ham
- 130 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Bit 1 of lemon zest (yellow part)
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
