Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and mix it with the flour and a pinch of salt.
Work well the dough and make lots of pizzas.
Arrange on half of each pizza with tomato, mozzarella, oregano, salt, pepper and fold the pizzas, sealing the edges.
Fry the turnovers in hot oil.
Remove excess grease and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of flour
- 40 g of brewer's yeast
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
