The harissa paste
Instructions
I fried a little onion in a little olive oil.
Imbrunita onion I added a few leaves of parsley and a can of tomato sauce in large chunks.
After the tomatoes have started to fry I poured about 4 cm of harissa (located in tube) and I mixed everything up.
Toward the end of cooking I added a pinch of oregano.
Eye with the harissa because it is very spicy.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Little of onion
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Some leaves of parsley
- 1 can of coarsely chop tomatoes
- 4 cm of harissa
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Any type pasta
