Pumpkin pasta
Instructions
Heat 6 tablespoons oil and add squash and onions into thin slices.
Simmer gently until they are disposed salt and add the wine and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the pasta and add a little of the pasta cooking water to the sauce.
Drain the spaghetti and toss with the sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and pepper to taste.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 500 g of pumpkin
- 300 g of onions
- 60 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 dram of dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
